Carlos Diaz & Assoc. Architects, is recognized in South Florida for its responsiveness and outstanding performance. Our offices are located adjacent to Miami International Airport, providing professional services in the disciplines of Architecture, Planning and Interior Design.
   Established in 1989, the firm has developed a reputation for design excellence and technical quality with delivering projects on time and on budget.  Understanding and responding to both the architectural and economical needs of our clients is the principle concern of the firm. With a personal approach to solving problems and a highly qualified staff of individuals, the firm is capable of providing a unique level of professional service.  The firm has intentionally remained moderate in size to continue to provide design services tailored to our clients requirements.  Believing that a small extremely well qualified staff is more efficient and productive, we have proved that projects of varying scopes and magnitude can be completed with more cost efficiency and with greater client satisfaction.
   The firm is organized around a principal in charge approach to all commissions. We have found that this approach to project delivery to be extremely effective. This approach established a principal as team leader and that principal remains responsible for the project from initial commission to final acceptance and approval.  This approach not only guaranties our clients continuity during the course of the project but it also insures the client involvement of the principal.  Our firm, unlike large diverse organizations is able to maintain this level of principal integration thru effective project/time/personal management schedule of resources.  Again, the success of this approach is evident in our firms continued success.
   To improve efficiency and responsiveness, the firm began utilizing computer for design and production in 1990 and currently has fully in-house Computer Aided Design capabilities.
